No gameplay ideas for him yet, this was primarily a design exercise.

once upon a time, I would have said that this doesn't fit into warframe, because it appears to have no theme to it, but now with the recent editions and the announcement of the other warframe in a recent devstream, this could easily fit (plus warframe would have seriously made an @$$ out of me). Warframe and DE have a way of taking what you think you know about the game or gaming in general and turning it on it's head.
as for ability ideas, you could probably choose 4 from a grab-bag of abilities and it could work. you could try to think of a type of exalted weapon/device or some tool that's the center of his abilities that we don't already have (ergo, longsword (Excalibur), bow (Ivara), dual pistols (Mesa), archwing set-up (Titania), whip (Khora), Wolverine emasculating claws (Valkyr, Garuda), staff (Wukong), and... I don't think I want to list everything, but there you go.
